•Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvements or concerns

•Participate in presenting a problem and seeing the problem through the resolution with the Evoke team and customer team

•Extract reports and provide a high-level analysis of data for review to both the customer and Evoke.

•Collection and documentation of business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts (BPM/RPA)

•Streamlining and reengineering existing business processes and providing support to change management.

•Setup Process Discovery workshops
