Senior Process Improvement Engineer for the Post Acute Operations Improvement team

Responsible for identifying, analyzing, and optimizing operational processes within the organization to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity. Uses data-driven methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement tools to streamline workflows, reduce waste, improve overall performance, and develop strategies for improvement. Mentors other PI Engineers, provides training and guidance.
