Responsibilities IT Sourcing roleSkills and attributes for successTo qualify for the role you must have:•A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in Procurement in a collaborative, high-performance environment and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the Technology Software / Software as a Service category; specially have experience in handling data (External or relevant) is must •Must have work experience evaluating vendors, the marketplace and negotiating contracts •Significant sourcing expertise throughout the end-to-end Procurement life cycle;•Strong communication skills; written, verbal and presentation;•Strong business acumen in order to drive results and ability to link business needs to sourcing strategies;•Innovative/forward thinker with ability to manage, operate, lead in an ambiguous environment •Assertive in sharing ideas, clear and concise, and seek to build relationships across a wide range of stakeholder audiences;•Strong process improvement and project management skills, including the ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;•High levels of EQ and cultural awareness to build relationships, align efforts, and effectively influence;•A desire to be part of a high-performance, transformational environment that is fast-paced and collaborative;•Effective decision-making skills that increase the speed and efficiency of processes;•Tenacious problem-solver with a focus on building mutually beneficial relationships;•Managing and reporting sourcing projects with experience in some e-RFx/Auction tool, and execution of online Rfx and e-Auctions; •Strong analytical skills converting data into decision-quality information and using it strategically to drive successful outcomes;•Curiosity that allows you to constantly learn and challenge the status quo;•Respect for others and a desire to work as a team with stakeholders and the Procurement team.
