Job Description

Minimum 7-8 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in MS-Office applications with good knowledge of Excel, Power point, SQL
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication & presentation skills
• Experience in quantitative and qualitative research
• Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage data to share insights
• Familiar with putting together data from multiple sources to tell a story
• Strong knowledge of business visualization tools such as PowerBI
• Knowledge of eCommerce industry.
Understand customer requirements, detailed technical design, effort & feasibility of implementation

  • Ability to independently execute pilot projects from scoping, data analysis & insights generation
  • Provide consultative assistance to the team. Design competitive intelligence framework
  • Analyzing large volume of data to generate meaningful analyses and insights
  • Share insights, recommendations through reports, dashboards, and presentations that will address client business needs, with a focus on e-commerce and digital marketing
  • Research and share findings on competitor’s strengths & weaknesses. Make recommendations on improving client product offering, pricing, promotion & marketing strategy
  • Understanding of digital shelf analytics. Ability to provide recommendation on digital shelf optimization
  • Assist senior managers to evaluate client requirements for new projects, assess implementation options & ensure quality delivery
  • Plan regular connect with clients (conference calls, emails) & account managers to discuss process challenges, issues & action items
