Job Description
Minimum 7-8 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in MS-Office applications with good knowledge of Excel, Power point, SQL
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication & presentation skills
• Experience in quantitative and qualitative research
• Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage data to share insights
• Familiar with putting together data from multiple sources to tell a story
• Strong knowledge of business visualization tools such as PowerBI
• Knowledge of eCommerce industry.
Understand customer requirements, detailed technical design, effort & feasibility of implementation
Ability to independently execute pilot projects from scoping, data analysis & insights generationProvide consultative assistance to the team. Design competitive intelligence frameworkAnalyzing large volume of data to generate meaningful analyses and insightsShare insights, recommendations through reports, dashboards, and presentations that will address client business needs, with a focus on e-commerce and digital marketingResearch and share findings on competitor’s strengths & weaknesses. Make recommendations on improving client product offering, pricing, promotion & marketing strategyUnderstanding of digital shelf analytics. Ability to provide recommendation on digital shelf optimizationAssist senior managers to evaluate client requirements for new projects, assess implementation options & ensure quality deliveryPlan regular connect with clients (conference calls, emails) & account managers to discuss process challenges, issues & action items
