Job Description

A global pharmaceutical organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Process and Equipment Engineer to provide engineering expertise in support of its Neuchâtel manufacturing site, ensuring the continuity and improvement of production activities in compliance with all relevant standards, cGxP requirements, and customer needs. The role sits within the Site Engineering department and focuses primarily on Bulk Production areas.

As the equipment and process Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will provide technical support to users for investigations, recurring issues, required modifications, optimisations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
