As a Senior Process Operator (2IC) at our St Ives mine site, you’ll be hands‑on in day‑to‑day plant operations while providing vital support to the Process Shift Supervisor. It’s a great opportunity to build your leadership skills and make a real impact on production performance. This role is being offered on an 8:6/7:7 roster. You will be residential in Kambalda or Kalgoorlie. We provide transportation between Kalgoorlie and site.

• Support and provide coverage for the Shift Supervisor when required
• Lead by example in promoting a strong safety culture and living our Vital Behaviours
