Overview

Lead and optimize flaker and beading operations, ensuring production efficiency and product quality.

Boosted production efficiency through process adjustments and system improvements. Monitor plant condition to ensure operations consistently meet GMP standards and run efficiently.

Quality & Compliance

Oversee resolution of product quality issues and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO9001, and FSSC standards through documentation, audits, and process validation.

Conduct routine checks including GMP inspections, SAP system assessments, and critical control point verification to maintain operational compliance.

Serve as a Certified Internal Halal Auditor, supporting internal halal audits and maintaining necessary documentation for halal certification.
