| Job Description • Analyse client RFQs, RFPs, and tender documents, including technical and commercial specifications. • Design process flow diagrams (PFDs) and preliminary P&IDs for water/wastewater treatment plants (ETP, STP, ZLD, etc.). • Perform treatment scheme selection and process design calculations, including mass balance, hydraulic calculations, and chemical dosing requirements. • Prepare techno-commercial proposals, including: - Bill of Quantities (BOQ)s. - Equipment sizing & selection. - Preliminary layout and GA drawings in coordination with design team. • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments (design, procurement, execution) to finalize scope, specifications, and costs. • Support sales/BD team in client meetings, technical discussions, and proposal clarifications. • Stay updated on emerging technologies, treatment methods, and regulatory standards. |
| • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical / Environmental / Mechanical Engineering or related field. • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in the water/wastewater treatment industry, particularly in proposal and process design. • Sound knowledge of treatment processes such as ASP, MBR, MBBR, DAF, RO, UF, clarifiers, and chemical dosing systems. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with AutoCAD and process design software (e.g., WaterCAD, BioWin, or equivalent) is a plus. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cost estimation skills. • Ability to interpret technical drawings, tender documents, and client specifications. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; experience in client-facing roles is preferred. • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling multiple proposals simultaneously under tight deadlines. |
