Senior Procurement Executive

Responsibilities

Lead procurement activities for construction materials, equipment, and services.

Develop sourcing strategies and build strong supplier and subcontractor relationships.

Coordinate specifications, pricing, delivery, and logistics with vendors.

Negotiate competitive terms to maximize cost savings and value.

Qualifications

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Business Management, or related field.

At least 5 years’ procurement experience, preferably in construction.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and planning skills.

Detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to thrive under tight deadlines.
