Public Tender Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage public tenders and customer requests from start to finish.

• The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end order status management, reviewing terms & conditions, preparing administrative documents, and questionnaires for Tenders.
• This includes creating sales quotes based on input from account managers in close alignment with the contracts department using CRM Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
• Necessary approvals must be obtained for non-standard deal aspects. The ideal candidate will also create tender orders based on customer input via DBMS Oracle ensuring closure of the end-to-end order process efficiently.
