Job Description

  • Oversee end-to-end procurement: sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing.
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and product quality.
  • Collaborate with internal managers to align procurement strategy with project goals.
  • Hold stakeholders accountable to procurement policies and financial objectives.
  • Monitor inventory, manage budgets, and generate procurement reports for leadership.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Participate in cross-functional logistics and warehousing initiatives.
  • Support teams with operational insights and training participation.
  • Actively engage in team building, feedback loops, and internal development events.

The Successful Applicant

You're an experienced procurement professional with strong negotiation skills and a sharp commercial mindset. Your ability to manage complex supplier relationships and multiple priorities makes you a natural fit for this fast-moving, collaborative environment.

  • Has 7+ years in procurement or supply chain management, ideally in construction or manufacturing.
