Purpose of the Role
Manage procurement and sourcing activities, ensuring strategies that optimize cost, quality, and timelines. The role combines operational execution with strategic planning, contributing to the achievement of project objectives and the stability of the supply chain.
Main Duties:
- Develop and implement procurement and supply chain strategies for projects, including market analysis, supplier identification, and ensuring effectiveness of implemented strategies.
- Conduct client presentations and interface discussions to understand their needs and requirements.
- Participate in project reviews from a procurement perspective and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
- Promote safe work practices and demonstrate leadership in health, safety, ethics, and compliance.
- Achieve internal and external cost-saving objectives and contribute to overall organizational goals.
