The Opportunity
Join our Experience design team as a Senior Product Designer – Design System, who defines and delivers high-quality, accessible, and scalable design system foundations that enable consistent customer experiences across Medibank’s digital platforms.
Working within an agile, cross-functional Design System squad, this role is primarily hands-on, focused on designing, refining, documenting, and maintaining shared components, patterns, and system foundations used across web and mobile.
This role is customer-obsessed in two directions:
Designing accessible, inclusive experiences that meet the needs of Medibank customers
Enabling product teams as primary system users by creating clear, intuitive, and well-documented system solutions that support confident adoption and contribution.
