Core Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, high-performance UX for complex Saa S workflows (dashboards, analytics, creative tools)
- Translate vague ideas, product specs, and user pain points into clear user flows and UI
- Work closely with the founder, product, and engineering teams to ship fast
- Design for power users (performance marketers, creative strategists)
- Create and maintain design systems, components, and interaction patterns
