We are building a global enterprise AI product and are looking for a talented UI/UX Developer who can bridge design and engineering to create intuitive, scalable, and high-performing user experiences.

Role Overview

As a UI/UX Developer, you will own the end-to-end experience of the product—from user research and interaction design to building responsive, production-ready UI using modern frontend technologies. You will work closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend/AI engineers to design and implement seamless, intuitive, and data-driven user interfaces for a complex SaaS platform.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both design thinking and hands-on UI development, rather than just visual design or pure coding.

Key Responsibilities:

UX Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end UX design for a SaaS-based AI platform

Design user journeys, task flows, and information architecture for complex workflows

Convert product requirements into wireframes, interaction models, and clickable prototypes

Simplify AI-driven features (agents, automations, analytics) into intuitive UX flows

Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations

Create personas, journey maps, and UX documentation

Define and maintain UX standards, patterns, and experience guidelines

Advocate for UX in product discussions, sprint planning, and design reviews

Continuously improve UX based on user feedback and product analytics

UI Development Responsibilities:

Build responsive, scalable UI for a SaaS-based AI platform using React & Next.Js

Develop complex dashboards, workflows, and admin panels

Translate Figma designs into clean, reusable, production-ready components

Implement state management, role-based UI, and dynamic data rendering

Optimize UI for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility

Integrate REST APIs and handle async data flows

Work closely with UX and backend teams to ensure seamless product integration

Contribute to building a design system and reusable component library

Maintain code quality through reviews, documentation, and best practices

Required Skills (Must-Have)

UX Skills:

Strong proficiency in Figma (UX flows, wireframes, prototypes, design systems)

Deep understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and interaction design

Experience designing SaaS / B2B enterprise platforms

Strong knowledge of Information Architecture (IA) and User Flow Modeling

Hands-on experience with UX research methods:

User interviews

Usability testing

Journey mapping

Persona creation

Ability to design for data-heavy dashboards and enterprise applications.

UI / Frontend Skills:

React.Js (Hooks, Context API, component architecture)

Next.Js (SSR, routing, performance optimization)

JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript

HTML5, CSS3, SCSS

Modern CSS frameworks: Tailwind / Material UI / Ant Design

REST API integration and async data handling

State management: Redux, Zustand, or React Query

Git / GitHub / GitLab version control

Preferred Experience (Highly Desirable):

Experience designing/building UI for AI-powered products (chatbots, copilots, automation tools, analytics dashboards)

Understanding of real-time interactions, streaming responses, and AI feedback loops

Experience with multi-tenant SaaS products

Prior experience in product-based startups

Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)

Experience with analytics tools like Hotjar, GA, Mixpanel

Exposure to A/B testing and experimentation frameworks

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

Understanding of micro-frontend architecture

Qualifications:

4–7 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design and frontend development

Proven experience in SaaS or enterprise product design

Strong portfolio showcasing UX problem-solving, workflows, and product thinking

Ability to independently own UX from concept to launch

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment
