Eaton’s IS AER ITD division is currently seeking a Senior Product Development Engineer.
**What you’ll do:**
**Position Overview:**
The Senior Product Development Engineer is responsible for leading execution of New Product Introduction program (NPI), Sustaining Engineering, and Internal Research and Development (IR&D) program activities within the Tijuana, Mexico Interconnect Technologies Division facility. This role will partner with the Tijuana Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Engineering teams to ensure all design considerations have been addressed, and risks mitigated, in the development and production of engineered products. This individual will work closely with the US and Indian based design engineering team, serving as the onsite design engineering lead across all value streams and Integrated Product Teams (IPT’s).
