Job Description

The Worldwide Product Engineering department operates across Austin, Leicester, and Manila, providing third-level customer support on issues related to Emerson’s products. This team works closely with Emerson’s Marketing and Technology on the development of next-generation products and provides DeltaV consulting and software upgrade services to customers.

This role, based at Emerson’s Leicester office, is part of a global team of Product Engineers within the Customer Support organization, which delivers frontline technical support.

This position is ideal for problem solvers who thrive on engaging with customers across a wide range of topics.
