AI-driven document capture is the front door of the Ottimate experience. Every inbound invoice, statement, or contract passes through this engine — where intelligence, accuracy, and speed define the customer experience.
The Senior Product Manager – Capture owns the full lifecycle of Ottimate’s AI-based invoice capture, extraction, and validation capabilities. This PM will shape how Ottimate ingests and understands financial documents at scale — applying machine learning, language models, and computer vision to automate what used to require human review.
This role sits at the intersection of AI, workflow automation, and accounting intelligence, driving a critical part of our Autonomous Settlement vision.
Responsibilities:
Product Ownership
Own the end-to-end roadmap for AI Capture, including document ingestion, classification, field extraction, confidence scoring, and multi-step validation.
