Albertsons Companies is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the Omni Item Setup Platforma foundational enterprise catalog system of record serving suppliers, merchants, buyers, and cross-functional teams across digital, supply chain, retail, and finance.
This platform is central to item lifecycle management across the enterprise, and were looking for a product leader who is passionate about transforming item introduction and setup through cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the product roadmap for the Omni Item Setup Platform, aligning with enterprise-wide goals and stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, data, and business units to deliver seamless item setup experiences for suppliers, merchants, and buyers.
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear product features and user stories, ensuring alignment with digital, supply chain, retail, and finance workflows.
  • Champion the use of Generative AI to reimagine and simplify item setup workflows, improve data quality, and enhance user experience.
  • Drive platform scalability, data integrity, and automation across item onboarding and maintenance processes.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure robust attribute mapping, governance, and compliance across systems.
  • Conduct user research, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews to inform product decisions and prioritize enhancements.
  • Define and track product success metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and business impact.
  • Support change management and rollout strategies for new capabilities across global teams.

Experience Required:

  • 710 years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise platforms, master data management, supply chain, or retail systems.
  • Proven experience in building and scaling internal tools or platforms with complex stakeholder ecosystems.
  • Good understanding of item lifecycle management, data governance, and enterprise system integrations.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional global teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across levels.
  • Must have: A strong sense of curiosity and a drive to explore emerging technologies and innovative solutions.
