Position Title: Senior Product Manager, Fulfilment

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Vision

  • Roadmap Development: Build and maintain a strategic product roadmap based on market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
  • Partner with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders across geographies to deliver high-impact features and enhancements.
  • Champion a customer-first mindset, ensuring that product decisions are grounded in user insights, data, and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop and evangelize a long-term roadmap that integrates AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats

Team Leadership:

  • Promote a collaborative and inclusive team culture, encouraging diverse perspectives and open communication.
  • Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior product managers and cross-functional team members.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent the product team in internal and external forums, sharing insights and best practices.
  • Process Improvement: Drive improvements in product development processes and tools.

Product & Technology Execution:

  • Translate product strategy into actionable roadmaps, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of features and enhancements.
  • Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration.
  • Requirements Gathering: Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
  • Monitor product performance and KPIs, using data to inform decisions and optimize outcomes.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth execution across multiple workstreams and dependencies.

Experience Required:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management
  • 4+ years of experience in E-commerce
  • Expertise in building applications to enable efficient and quality order fulfillment.
  • Strong understanding of order management, fulfillment and post purchase customer experience.
  • Experience with UX research and A/B testing.
  • Experienced with stakeholder management across business and operations
  • Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment, collaborating across time zones
