As the SPM for our Merchandising Console, you will own the end-to-end systems that empower retailers to orchestrate the perfect shopping experience. You aren't just building a dashboard; you are building a mission-control center where global retailers fine-tune ranking, recall, and relevance across Search and Browse at scale.

The Mission: What You’ll Do

• The Merchandiser’s Cockpit: Transform high-leverage, complex workflows into effortless, intuitive tools. You will design rule-builders and configuration engines that feel seamless, even when managing thousands of variables.
• Visualize the Invisible: Bring absolute transparency to cause and effect. You will build features that show—in real-time—how a single ranking change impacts item positions, page metrics, and revenue outcomes.
