Senior Product Manager

The Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Product Manager (Routing and Assignment) to work directly with our Data Science team. This role will own the dispatch assignment engine, driving the innovation and deployment of algorithmic improvements that directly enhance delivery performance, optimize operational cost, and improve the customer experience at scale. This role requires strong analytical skills, backend product knowledge, and the ability to drive data-driven product decisions that directly impact business outcomes. Key expectations to the ‘routing and assignments’ aspect of this role include:

• Experience with optimization using operations research (OR) techniques
• Understanding of mathematical concepts like objective functions 
• Can speak to ways to improve the performance (speed) of optimization processes
