What this actually means: We have built our own L1 blockchain, and a backend technical structure for protocols and ecosystem to make digital infrastructure efficient, secure and more accessible. Our global products and tools are natively built for web 3.0 world. You will work with teams working on tech products across blockchain, and distributed systems – for a real-world problem solving.
We're taking on established paths and conventional wisdom about how the Tech and Internet should work. Underlying principle is to solve the hard problem of protecting user rights, digital intellectual property rights and protection of assets in an age of AI and instant replication.

Role: Senior Product Manager (Blockchain)/ WFO 5 days - Noida
You will take the role of a Senior Product Manager, who understands technology and would work with the hardcore developers and business teams to define a market researched, data-backed product strategy, PRD with a strategic roadmap for a live GTM. You will achieve this by collaborating with the design team to determine the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of the product. Your data-backed approach will be driven by market research and detailed internal and external stakeholder discussions.
What will you get to do?
- Proactively define and drive end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and execution for high-impact initiatives and a hands-on.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business to deliver scalable solutions.
- Drive detailed PRDs backed by user research, data insights, and market trends.
- Define success metrics, analyse performance, & iterate to ensure continuous product improvement.
- Own go-to-market strategies and post-launch performance across multiple product lines.
Profile Expectations:
- 8+ Years of Product management experience in handling complex, scalable & live projects.
- Experience in Blockchain/ Web3/ De Fi/ Layer-1 ecosystems will be preferable.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence/Computer Science/Information Technology.
- Prior experience in leading discovery and roadmap planning and end-to-end launch/ scale.
- Strong user research, analytics, and data-driven decision-making mindset, with experience defining and tracking KPIs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to align engineering, protocol, design, and business teams in a fast-evolving Web3 environment.
