Role: Senior Product Manager

A fintech startup is looking for an experienced product manager to join them based out of Mexico City. As the company enters a high growth phase, this individual will focus on delivering best-in-class products and services that are core to their value proposition and that will help them acquire, retain, and engage customers within their ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Act as business owner with direct influence on P&L, account growth, and unit economics for white-label BaaS products
Serve as strategic counterpart to global stakeholders at Top-tier Tech Companies across different countries
Define problems with precision, distinguishing operational urgencies from long-term strategic opportunities
Translate business needs into viable technical solutions and functional architectures
Manage product backlog, write clear user stories, and define acceptance criteria for engineering teams
