The role





The S hared Platforms & Integration ( SPI ) Senior Product Manager ( Data and AI ) is collaborative and strategic and dedicated to developing and executing both long-term vision and strategic plans for SPI sales focused products , harnessing services data and AI technology to drive pipeline and sales . Working closely with COEs, SPI Leadership and Platform teams, this role ensures product direction aligns with S oftwareOne ( SWO ) goals and delivers maximum value to the organisation. The Senior Product Manager acts as a subject matter expert ; maintaining knowledge of relevant industry trends, competitors and best practice to ensure products become valuable business assets and contribute to the company’s overall success.



Key Responsibilities





+ Drive strategic collaboration with CoEs and Sales Teams, influencing joint roadmaps and ensuring alignment with SoftwareOne goals and strategic priorities .







+ Develop and execute a long-term vision and strategy for SWO SPI tool ing in collaboration with SPI product leadership and CoEs .







+ Lead the creation and maintenance of a c onsolidated r oadmap, merging core platform infrastructure and features to support COE and sales requirements.







+ Understand the broader ecosystem of SWO products and services, identifying opportunities to leverage shared capabilities and functionalities. (E.g. AI solutions, data platforms)







+ Leverage data from multiple sources to create compelling applications and modules to drive adoption and deliver the required benefits.







+ Leverage AI based solutions to create innovative features and capabilities .







+ Re solve alignment and prioritisation issues, contribute to portfolio-level solutions, and drive clarity and alignment across leadership teams.







+ Working with C o Es , Regional Sales, Global GTM teams to t ranslate market trends, customer feedback, and internal SWO needs into actionable product capabilities and strategic direction.







+ Remain current with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure products remain cutting-edge and compliant.







+ Identify and mitigate risks, manage escalations, and balance business needs versus technical constraints to maximise business impact while ensuring an optimal user experience.







+ Collect, analyse, and leverage feedback from multiple sources, including monitoring product metrics, KPIs, and user data to inform product decisions.







+ Communicate and evangelise product capabilities, benefits, and value propositions to sales and delivery teams.







+ Capture idea s, encompassing solution requirements, mock-ups , success criteria and record related assumptions, risks, and issues.







+ Ensure risks and issues are actively captured and managed







+ Assess ideas against agreed goals and work with SPI and Platform development teams to estimate effort required for delivery.







+ Ensure Product Owners understand requirements, assist with solution design and ticket creation, and work with SPI Product Owners to schedule development according to the prioritised roadmap.





What we need to see from you







+ Highly experience d in product management within the software and technology services sector with a focus on data and AI products.







+ Deep expertise in Data & AI technologies with a focus on Micros oft technologies







+ Strong understanding of AI architectures including Generative AI, Machine Learning, AI Agents, and Data Lakehouse architectures.







+ Familiar with Responsible AI principles and enterprise compliance requirements.







+ AI or Data c ertifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer, Data Scientist, Solution Architect) are highly preferred.







+ Strong development methodology experience using Agile, Kanban, and Lean methodologies.







+ Proven track record building enterprise-scale AI or data products







+ E xperience collaborating across matrixed organizations—Sales, Pre-Sales, and Professional Services.







+ Strong communication skills, with presence in public speaking, online content, or community leadership.







+ Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for technology-driven business transformation.
