Required Qualifications
- Around 15 years of experience in enterprise or SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of web application architecture, including:
- Spring Boot / Java-based microservices
- Angular or similar modern front-end frameworks
- Oracle / MySQL relational databases
- Ability to collaborate deeply with engineering teams on:
- API design and integration
- Microservices architecture and deployment
- Database schema considerations and performance impacts
- Experience defining epics and user stories that involve middleware orchestration, authentication flows, REST APIs, and UI workflows.
- Proven ability to work with DevOps/SRE teams on release management, CI/CD pipelines, and environment readiness.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) including backlog prioritization and sprint planning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business, engineering, and design.
