Loc: Manyata Tech Park. Lead Product Manager (20+ yrs). -- JD -- Product Strategy & Vision: Define long-term vision & roadmap for checkout products that include MPoS, Mobile Checkout. Stay ahead of retail tech trends, customer behavior, & competitor landscape to identify opportunities. Execution & Delivery: Manage product backlog, prioritize initiatives, & ensure timely delivery of high-value features. Customer Exp: Deeply understand customer pain points in the checkout journey & translate them into intuitive product solutions. Use data-driven insights, analytics, & feedback to continuously improve performance. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with business, operations, store associates, & partners to align product goals with enterprise priorities. Influence stakeholders, roadmap, metrics, & outcomes. Operational & Business Impact: Drive increased transaction throughput & reduced wait times. Ensure the SCO & checkout product aligns with compliance, security, & loss-prevention standards.
