About the Job
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Product Management & AI to drive customer-centric digital commerce experiences across global luxury brands in SEA/ANZ. This role owns the regional product vision and roadmap, partners closely with global and regional stakeholders, and leverages AI and data to accelerate product discovery, execution, and outcomes.
Responsibilities
Own the regional product vision and multi-year roadmap, aligned to customer needs and business KPIs.
Drive customer-centric, data-driven execution using analytics, experimentation, A/B testing, and voice-of-customer insights.
Leverage AI daily to synthesize insights, accelerate decision-making, and improve experimentation and delivery speed.
Lead cross-functional delivery with engineering, design, marketing, CX, and regional teams; enable global initiatives with local relevance.
