Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager with expertise in Customer Service to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Vision & Roadmap: Translate business needs into a product strategy for contact center capability.
  • Prioritization: Define business value and criteria to determine what gets prioritized.
  • Requirements & Acceptance Criteria: Document functional and non-functional requirements. Measurement of program success.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the bridge between Business and Engineering. Align business outcomes.
  • Work Breakdown: Break down the scope into epics and user stories to enable accurate engineering estimation and assignment.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including business groups and technology and engineering groups to deliver annual operating plans and initiatives for Albertsons Costumer Service / Contact Center.
