Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end launch of a key product, including strategy, execution, and performance tracking
  • Own and manage the classic portfolio, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and lifecycle optimization
  • Integrate and adapt the global marketing plan with local insights to develop brand strategies, positioning, and value propositions aligned with medical and commercial priorities
  • Analyze relevant competitor information and monitor the market to recommend actions
  • Translate insights from the field, market research, and data into actionable marketing plans
  • Lead the cross-functional brand team Medical, Sales, Market Access, Regulatory, and Supply teams
  • Lead promotional strategy and ensure the effective implementation of established campaigns, including fieldwork
  • Mentor and guide junior marketing team members
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing in high specialty or vaccines
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Experience working with regional and global teams
  • Fluent in English
