Summary Of The Role

The Product Owner maximizes customer value by guiding Agile teams toward delivering high‑impact outcomes. This includes owning and prioritizing the product backlog, writing clear and actionable user stories with strong acceptance criteria, and ensuring the delivered work meets defined standards. The role actively participates in daily scrums, backlog refinement, iteration planning, demos, and retrospectives while representing the customer’s perspective to the development team.
