Responsibilities

:
  • Define and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications for EMS workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including Sales, Account Management, Support, and Development to continuously improve EMS capabilities.
  • Gather feedback from internal users, clients, and prospects to develop and prioritize relevant business use cases.
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of test plans for pre-release software.
  • Serve as a frontline resource for product support, addressing bugs, inquiries, and training internal teams.
  • Communicate development roadmaps, feature timelines, and project status to stakeholders.
  • Maintain ownership of assigned release items and feature sets across the product lifecycle.
  • Manage and maintain internal product documentation and knowledge resources.
