Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Product Support Engineers for our LATAM team with technical, organizational and communication skills to join our growing team. In this customer-focused role, you’ll handle various B2B customer/partner communication as well as deep dive into the issues that they raise including full-on research, debugging and delivery. If you are exceptional technical aptitude, with precise written and verbal communication skills, you find it easy to speak to technical and non-technical audiences alike. If you are highly energetic and are able to think quickly in a customer-oriented environment, and willing to learn and develop in a young, advanced environment, this is the place for you.
