Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Support production with product related Non-Conformance events and clear them with the support from the quality and development teams Ensure test solution robustness against production, quality, and reliability requirements. Analyze test data (yield, escape rate, coverage) and drive corrective actions. Contribute to cost-of-test reduction and test flow optimization initiatives. Collaborate with offshore teams and OSATs for technical support, solution transfer, and capability building. Define and maintain test standards, development guidelines, and validation tools. Train and mentor junior engineers and internal partners on best practices in test and product engineering. Support internal tool development (automation, dashboards, validation scripts).
