As part of the R&D Product Engineering team , you will play a key transversal role in ensuring the robustness, scalability, and sustainability of test solutions across both development and production phases. You will act as a technical interface between development, quality, and manufacturing teams, with a strong focus on continuous improvement, standardization, and knowledge transfer.

This role is based at our headquarters in Marin/Neuchâtel with no remote or hybrid work possibility.
