Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Planning, scheduling of Drill Fill and assembly operation. Oversee production process and proper utilisation of Drill Fill, packing, assembly operation and manpower. Review the reason for OEE & OLE loss in the area and draws plan for improvement accordingly. Co-ordinate with planning for priority and to avoid backlog and follow up for material. Conform to the Quality, HSE Policy, manual, standard operating procedures, work instructions and continued improvement and respond positively to new and alternative systems. Additional Responsibilities:
Ensure quality of production as per the standards / specification. Maintain the expectations of the corporate 16 Quality areas requirement. Responsible for implementation of lean tools in area. Notifying the HSE’s team and or SEO of opportunities for improvement on areas of risk. Skill and expertise to collect, organize, and analyse data, summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations for improvement of process. Maintain confidentiality and observe data protection and associated guidelines where appropriate Interactions (internal & external):
Liaisons with all other departments (Planning, Quality, SCM, Molding, Store, HSE and other departments) Dealing with external parties for Packing and DF Machine maintenance and Improvement. Qualifications:
Professional Experience & Education:
Technical school (preferred) degree (preferably Mechanical Engineering)
Good knowledge of local site language + preferably in written and verbal English
Preferably Safety and environmental basic knowledge
Specific Knowledge:
Flexibility, problem solving and priority setting oriented approach
Good overall technical knowledge on relevant technologies for the site (DrillFill, Pneumatics, CNC machine)
Leadership, relational, communication and presentation skills.
