Senior Production Engineer

We are looking for a
Senior Production Engineer (Axway MFT)
to support and operate Managed File Transfer platforms in a production environment. You will ensure stability, performance, and secure file exchange services, working closely with infrastructure and application teams in an operations-focused context.

Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain
  Axway MFT
  solutions in production environments.
• Provide incident management (L2/L3), troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem resolution.
• Manage deployments, configuration, and operational procedures for MFT components.
• Ensure platform availability, reliability, and performance across multiple environments.
• Collaborate with teams to improve operational processes and automation where applicable.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational standards for production support.
