Job Description for Hydrogen Plant Executive:
Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
 Prior experience in the design and implementation of hydrogen plant systems.
 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, specifically in Mechanical or Electrical
Engineering.
 5+ years of experience in hydrogen plant engineering.
 Strong understanding of hydrogen purging production processes and safety
regulations.
 Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
 Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
 Manage and oversee the maintenance and repair of hydrogen plant equipment.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve
system performance.
Job Description for Hydrogen Plant Operator
 Experience in operating hydrogen plants or similar chemical plants.
 Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols in the handling of hydrogen gas.
 Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to plant operations.
 Experience in monitoring and controlling plant processes, including temperature,
pressure, and flow rates.
 Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with other operators and
management.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
 Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
 High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
