What you'll do
- Overall responsibility for four chemical production units
- Continuous analysis and optimization of production processes and bottlenecks with a focus on safety, efficiency, and sustainability
- Strategic planning of production and personnel, ensuring compliance with EHS standards, quality requirements, productivity goals, and lean shopfloor management principles
- Disciplinary and technical leadership of production staff, including development and coaching
- Full budget responsibility and achievement of economic targets
- Close collaboration with other departments such as Engineering, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Logistics, and R&D
