Job Description

Happy to be supporting a leading industrial client who are hiring for a Senior Production Manager for one of their key locations in Germany. This role will suit an experienced production manager who has led teams of significant size in the past- 50+ people ideally, we are looking for someone who is comfortable in a leadership role but also walking the floor and getting involved as required on an operational level. This site operates as a centre of excellence and there will be a lot of external exposure, with client visits and audits happening regularly so someone comfortable with external stakeholder management as well as internal is key.

Key requirements:

  • Background in chemical or process engineering

  • Proven track record in production leadership

  • Excellent communication skills- fluent in German and English

  • This is an on-site role- Monday to Friday with on call hours on rotation bi -monthly.
