- Essential duties and responsibilities- Coordinate and supervise activities of operators, material handlers, Group Leaders, assistants and
- Production Supervisors.
- Coordinates his department’s activities with other department to achieve Company’s goals.
- Analyzes and solves any problems involving employees and work conditions.
- Production supervisor will support customer complaints root cause investigations &
implementation of corrective actions.
- Qualifications
- Ability to address groups of employees or clients.
- Lean Manufacturing knowledge.
- Basic communication skills to communicate orally in English language with Customers and Sales.
- Ability to lead groups of employees and encourage a team work.
- Minimum of 3 years in similar position
- Professional career concluded.
