Senior Production Support Analyst

We are seeking a
Senior Production Support Analyst
with deep functional expertise in Fixed Income to join our Global Markets Technology team. This is a high-visibility role where you will own the stability and functional integrity of our trading platforms during the
New York session
(finishing at
10:00 p.m.
Lisbon time).

The Expert Stack:

• Functional:
  Deep knowledge of Bonds, Swaps, and Credit derivatives. Expertise in P&L explain and Risk Sensitivities.
• Technical:
  Advanced SQL (complex joins, performance tuning) and the ability to parse application logs in Linux environments.
• Flows:
  Mastery of the Front-to-Back trade lifecycle and FIX protocol.
• Tools:
  Expert user of Jira for incident management and Splunk for proactive monitoring.
