Your future duties and responsibilities

  • Proven experience in production support, including incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
  • Strong Java programming and debugging capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of Unix/Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Azure Cloud services and environments.
  • Hands‑on experience with DevOps and monitoring tools, such as Jenkins and Dynatrace.
  • Proficient in working with relational databases, including Oracle and SQL MI.
  • Monitor and support production systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
