Your future duties and responsibilities
- Proven experience in production support, including incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Strong Java programming and debugging capabilities.
- Solid understanding of Unix/Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with Azure Cloud services and environments.
- Hands‑on experience with DevOps and monitoring tools, such as Jenkins and Dynatrace.
- Proficient in working with relational databases, including Oracle and SQL MI.
- Monitor and support production systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
