Position: Senior Program Analyst
Overview: ITC Defense is seeking an experienced Senior Program Analyst to support defense and submarine programs with knowledge of International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR) compliance, Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and AUKUS-related initiatives.
Responsibilities:
+ Support end-to-end program execution for small to medium-sized international defense contracts, ensuring compliance with ITAR/EAR and FMS regulations.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. government and foreign military stakeholders.
+ Develop and manage integrated master schedules, budgets, risk mitigation plans, and all contract deliverables.
