Reporting to the Assistant Dean, the Sr. Program Coordinator is a leadership position responsible for helping to advance RBS Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access (IDEA) Office programs and initiatives at RBS.


This position is responsible for and not limited to the following:

  • Organizes, coordinates, implements, and monitors RBS IDEA programs, initiatives, and projects that fall under the RBS IDEA Office

  • Assists in the recruiting, engagement, retention, academic success, and professional development of students from historically underrepresented and underserved backgrounds
