In this role, you will lead the Siebel to Salesforce CRM migration program across 25 countries within the Operations Technology division. You will manage the project lifecycle from onboarding a major business unit to coordinating multiple PMs and stakeholders worldwide. You’ll report to the Senior Director of Operations Technology, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with ADP’s growth objectives. You’ll translate complex technical details for executive audiences and drive organizational change through process improvement and effective governance.
