Senior Program Manager

We are hiring a Senior Program Manager to join our Operations Technology division of NBS (New Business Solutions).

In this pivotal role, you will lead the program management of the migration from Siebel CRM to Salesforce across 25 countries. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional who is comfortable managing projects directly but is eager to develop and grow into a full program management role.

Initially, your focus will be on project management as we onboard one of our largest business units. As the program expands, you will transition to a more strategic program management role, overseeing multiple project managers across different countries.
