About the Role

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead complex government IT programs. You will oversee multiple concurrent projects, drive delivery results, manage financial KPIs, and partner directly with clients and internal teams to ensure success and growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage multiple IT/digital programs simultaneously.
  • Partner with public sector and enterprise clients to ensure expectations are clearly understood and met.
  • Drive scope, schedule, risk, and quality across program delivery.
  • Prepare and present reports and insights for management stakeholders.
  • Lead and coordinate multicultural, cross‑functional teams (virtually and in person).
  • Communicate assertively and manage pressure in fast‑paced environments.
