Senior Program Manager – Data

Main Tasks And Responsibilities
Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Data & AI strategic program, from planning to execution and governance;
Coordinate multiple workstreams (data platforms, AI use cases, governance, and change management);
Ensure timely delivery of milestones, managing risks, dependencies, and resources;
Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations to support strategic decision-making;
Engage senior stakeholders and facilitate steering committees and cross-functional collaboration;
Drive change management initiatives, including communication, training, and success metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor or Master's Degree in Management, Technology, Data Science, or a related field;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in Data, AI, or digital transformation;
