Pay Rate: Not Specified Position Summary The Senior Manager of Transformation Technology Delivery leads end-to-end execution of technology delivery across assigned transformation towers or sub-domains. This role translates program direction into executable delivery plans, coordinates cross-functional workstreams, removes delivery barriers, and ensures solutions meet quality, compliance, and operational readiness requirements. This position provides leadership to matrixed delivery teams, including internal staff, vendors, and business readiness partners. The Senior Manager plays a critical role in delivering complex technology transformations on time, within scope, and in alignment with architectural and operational standards. Essential Responsibilities Leadership • Lead matrixed delivery teams including internal resources, contractors, and vendor workstream leads

• Coach delivery specialists to ensure clarity of roles, tasks, and expectations

• Foster collaboration across technology, PMO, business readiness, and vendor partners Delivery Execution • Manage day-to-day technology delivery across assigned transformation domains

• Translate program milestones and design decisions into detailed, actionable delivery plans

• Monitor tasks, risks, dependencies, and delivery discipline Cross-Functional Coordination • Partner with architects, business SMEs, testing teams, system integrators, and internal technology teams

• Coordinate cross-team handoffs to ensure cohesive end-to-end delivery Risk, Issue & Escalation Management • Act as the first escalation point for scope changes, schedule risks, defects, and blockers

• Develop mitigation strategies and drive rapid issue resolution Quality, Compliance & Standards Alignment • Ensure adherence to architectural standards, data integrity requirements, and security protocols

• Support full testing cycles including SIT, UAT, performance, and integration testing Operational Readiness & Transition • Prepare workstreams for cutover, deployment, and hypercare

• Ensure documentation, playbooks, and processes are production-ready

• Coordinate transition to IT operations for steady-state support Financial & Resource Management • Track vendor utilization, resource allocation, and workstream burn rate

• Provide delivery forecasts, resource needs, and cost impact input Utility CIS Data Migration & Archive Delivery Lead Responsibilities • Lead Data Migration, Data Cleansing, and Archiving workstreams

• Develop Data Conversion, Cleansing, and Archiving strategies including governance, mapping, testing, and reconciliation

• Define conversion and archiving scope across legacy and target systems (SAP S/HANA CIS, Salesforce, Customer Data Grid)

• Coordinate mock cutovers, dress rehearsals, and production cutover schedules

• Lead data validation, defect resolution, and load acceptance cycles

• Assess impacts to downstream systems and ensure integration readiness Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

+ years of progressive IT experience, including technology delivery or transformation programs

+ years of leadership experience

• Proven experience leading matrixed or cross-functional teams

• Strong understanding of the technology delivery lifecycle

• Experience managing large-scale testing, system implementations, or data integration efforts

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications • Prior leadership in utility systems implementations

• Experience managing hybrid delivery teams

• Experience with Utility CIS transformations (SAP IS-U or equivalent)

• Understanding of regulatory, compliance, and records-retention requirements

• Ability to translate utility-specific data models (customer, billing, meter, device, financial)

+ years in utility data migration, CIS transformation, or SAP utilities programs

• Prior roles as Data Migration Lead, Cutover Lead, Data Architect, or Data Governance Lead Benefits • Hybrid work environment
